Is this the worst dress man ever? He does not usually comment very often on men's fashion, however after seeing this man, He thought it only appropriate. It would appear this guy's closet sh*t out the ugliest things stored in the back, and low and behold the guy thought it would make for a nice outfit. No one dressed this poorly is going to be able to change the world, not in 2009, not in 2012 and surely not beyond.
