Let out all of your thoughts and just say whatever you have to say (in a polite way). Not only it lessens your burden, people in fact appreciates you more for it.

I was going through my old shoe closet this afternoon, and just remembered that I once got a hand-me -down Dr. Martens shoe from my cousin, Dite.. woohoooo!!!!!!
They do look kinda weird on me, running totally huge on my skinny legs heheh...but what the heck, ugly is the new cool hahah...
